Transportation and logistics

We provide mobile DOT urine specimen collection for employers and drivers, following applicable collection and documentation procedures. Laboratory testing and medical review are performed by the appropriate qualified providers.

Construction, healthcare, and staffing

Arrange mobile non-DOT urine specimen collection, Form I-9 document review, or ink-roll fingerprint collection for your team. Employers set their screening requirements and remain responsible for their Form I-9 processes.

Individuals and agencies

Schedule ink-roll fingerprint collection on FD-258 cards or forms supplied by the requesting agency. The receiving agency decides whether submitted prints meet its requirements.

Hair specimen collection for non-DOT purposes and breath alcohol testing are not yet available for booking. Hair testing does not satisfy DOT drug testing requirements.
